RESTAURANTS USING LOCAL PRODUCE

Many people are keen to eat where restaurants source their produce locally so that local producers are supported and that the produce they use is local, traceable, natural, fresh, eco-friendly with a negligible carbon footprint and having travelled minimal food miles – so unlike so much of the produce found in supermarkets.
